- The photos arrived today. Here’s the feedback: It’s the second time i use personalshopperj services to buy Japanese item. Just like the first time, they shipped the items fast, without delay. It arrived in perfect condition; photos are fragile items, but they pack the photos very well and it could not be damaged. When i have seen the auction, it was around only 24 hours left before the end of the auction, and i REALLY wanted to have these photos, so i’m glad they responded to my request fast enough so that i was able to bid before the end of the auction. It was the first time that i used personalshopperj services for an auction (last time it was a ‘buy it now’ item), and i have to say a big +1 point to personalshopperj for the following reason; I found very convenient the way you dealt about me paying for the item on which i wanted to bid. That is something i really appreciated and i needed to tell you about this. The transaction still goes without any problem too. Thanks for the good service. The only cons i experienced is the following: My shipping address was slightly different than the one i used for my previous order (it was still in Canada, in the same city though, just the street and address changed) i changed my paypal address for the new one before sending the payment, + i also confirmed that they could send the photos to this address by writting the new address, but they ship the items to the address of my previous order. I think it’s just because personalshopperj didn’t noticed that i changed my shipping address for this new order. In my case, i was able to get the items though, but just want to tell that if your address change, be sure to have a confirmation from personalshopperj that they notice the change in your address. In my case, i can use different address, so my address can change regularly from an order to another. It’s not a big deal, especially if your address never change. But i would like if personalshopperj could look for which address i choose to use for each different orders, as the address may slightly change. Anyway, most importantly, i got my items, in perfect condition, and without customs fee. And so, personalshopperj again proved they are trustworthy, so you can use their services without problem. Since they have been very convenient about the payment, and that everything else was fine, i will put five stars again. Thank you very much!
