- This was my first time using a service like this to buy items from Japanese websites. Personal Shopper J made it very simple and was friendly and kept me informed throughout the process. My items came in perfect condition and much more quickly than I had expected, which was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely come to them for future purchases.
