As a 1st time buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect of a personal shopper. Ninja J responded to emails pretty efficiently. I was a little apprehensive at the beginning because they seemed to be a little rigid with their schedule. I needed them to go to a physical store to get a limited edition bag and i expected a long queue at the shop. PSJ then offered me a specific time service with additional fee to which i said no to. I thought if it’s sold out, so be it. I was pleasantly surprised when an email from PSJ came in confirming they had placed an order for my bag :). The email was sent at around 10am in the morning (whilst according to their schedule, they could only make it to the store at 4pm). I was very happy with that. Long story short, PSJ collected the bags a few days after new year, packaged them and consulted me regarding shipping options. The parcel came in about 5 days. The bags are great and they even included the carry bag from the store! One suggestion i could think of is: maybe pack the bags in a box rather than a plastic satchel. Overall, i am very happy with PSJ’s service. They have helped me to get the bags i thought it’s impossible to get my hands on. Thank you very much for all of your help Ninja J! I required very complicated and long progress work which I doubted PSJ accept to work or not. I asked them I want to buy two limited edition shoes from Japan and It’s only available to buy at offline shops. The shop was in different provinces. PSJ went to travel to two cities and got the shoes what I wanted. I have been with PSJ over 2 years. They asked me payment by bank wire first time and I worried PSJ gonna cheat me to take my money off. I was on the trouble on the bank because the bank asked me the invoice from PSJ. PSJ prepared everything perfectly and updated me real time. Finally, I got the shoes today and I am really happy to get what I wanted. Do not hesitate to ask PSJ if you want to buy something from Japan. PSJ will arrange everything perfectly and you will be satisfied. I am really want saying thank to PSJ finished my work greatly.
