He was prompt in reply. usually the concert ticket may be sold out fast upon public sale, he managed to get 2 tickets for me. And the shipping was fast and reached me within 2 days with a personal note from Ninja J wishing me a good trip in Japan.

- Thank you for using our service and feedback.Tickets in Japan are sold out really quick and hard to get.And many re sellers are selling at x2 – x 4 prices in auction market after they bought all.Many ticket distributors don’t like re sellers, and they are doing counter re sellers activity, but no luck so far.So, we have to prepare staff to buy from public sale sometimes, and even with this effort, it’s still not easy to buy.In your case, it was quite lucky because we could buy for you.Hope you like your concert, and we are always available for you.
